The Sanctuary
The rooms where women lay down the last apology — and take up the whole room.
This space has changed a few times. Here's why — and I won't apologize for a single one.
First it was art. Then it was breath. Now it's Game On: Sacred Sass for the Unapologetic Soul.
And if you've been here through all of it, you might be wondering what I'm doing — why I keep evolving, why I won't just pick a lane and stay in it.
Here's the truth: evolving is my lane. I'm not a woman who arrives finished. I become — over and over, out loud, without asking permission first.
But here's what this really is, and it matters:
Game On doesn't replace anything I've built. It rolls all of it into one.
The art. The breath. The work on building a passion-focused life. The intentional living after loss. None of it went away. It all converges here.
And I'll tell you exactly why I kept evolving toward this:
I kept trying to start at the end.
I'd teach women how to build a business around their passion. How to create an intentional life after loss. The beautiful, advanced, destination work. And every single woman I worked with kept leading me back to the same place — their own limiting beliefs, and the apologies. The constant, reflexive sorry — for taking up space, for wanting what they wanted, for being too much, for simply existing.
I kept reaching for the summit. They kept showing me the base camp was never built.
Because you cannot build a passion-focused life on a self that's still apologizing for being here. You can't create an intentional life after loss while you're still saying sorry for the size of your grief. The apology has to be laid down first.
So I came back and built the beginning. That's what Game On is. It's not a departure from everything I've done — it's the foundation all of it was always missing. The first step. The place the real work actually starts.
And House of Breath? That was never the thing I'd outgrow. It's the sanctuary — the home all of this is made in. Game On is what's alive in it now. But the house holds it, and wherever I go, the sanctuary comes with me. It's not a place I rent. It's a space I carry.
So no — I won't pick a lane and stay small in it. I'll keep becoming, right here, where you can watch. And everything I've ever built is in this now, standing on a foundation I finally went back and laid.
Sacred sass. Zero apologies. Everything I am — rolled into one, and starting where it actually starts. 🔥🤍
This is where it all happens.
Behind an ordinary door in Naples is the room where the work lives — part portrait studio, part gathering place, part broadcast home for everything Game On. Whether you cross the threshold in person or join from your own kitchen table, this is the room it all comes from.
The camera, turned toward the truth. A working studio — home of The Sacred Self Session, the five-fire rite where you finally see yourself without apology, and The Sacred Self Brand, for those ready to put their real face and voice on the work they've built. And The Sacred Sass Photoshoot — in studio or on location — for the woman ready to take up the whole frame.
The compass, held while you find your own answers. The Guided I Am Reading — ninety minutes, one true I Am, and intuitive guidance through the keys and the fires until you find the answer you were already close to. In person, or by Zoom from wherever you are.
A weekly room to belong. Every week, the doors open for The Unapologetic Hour — a free, come-as-you-are online gathering where we pull a card, tell the truth, and remember we were never as alone as we thought. Open to anyone, anywhere.
A table with no grade. Saturday nights, alternating between Hot Mess Finger Painting — a room full of women, color, laughter, and nothing to get right - and The Sand Table Meditation — an experience in impermanent art.
And the deep work. House of Breath is the home of The Last Apology — offered eight weeks online, eight weeks in the studio, or three days all the way through. You learn the craft, and you turn the clear eye back on yourself.
