The Books

Game On didn't come out of nowhere. It came out of four books, twenty-two years behind a camera, and the hardest road I ever walked.

Long before there was a compass, there were the threads it's made of — grief, photography, building something of your own, and learning to live on purpose after the worst thing. I wrote a book about each one, as I lived my way through it.

And then I wrote the fifth — the one where they finally became a single thing.

The Sacred Art of Honoring Grief

Lessons Learned from the Loss of a Child

What I learned in the hardest fire of my life — how to hold grief without being consumed by it, and how the loss of my daughter became, in time, the ground everything else grew from.

Here’s the description from the back cover:

Lindsay Marie Manseau Moore was diagnosed with leukemia at the age of twenty-three, three months after she was married. She would die soon after. Along the way she would teach her mother, among others, how to die with grace and how to live with sacred grief.

After Lindsay's death, her mother Maya Manseau began her own soul journey on how to find peace by honoring this sacred grief. First, she gave herself permission to be okay someday, then learned to be gentle with herself as she sorted out how to rebuild a life completely torn apart and lastly, how to move beyond the deep fear of the life sentence of grief placed upon her. In the years since Lindsay's death, she has has sought out different ways that soothe her soul and has found her way becoming a soul coach to others that also seek peace in their lives.

The Small Business Path

How to build something real out of your own life — and make it unmistakably yours. Branding, foundation, and the practical work of turning a calling into a business that holds.

Here’s the book description:

“Is this my existence from now on? Is this all that’s left?” Does this resonate?

On the surface, your life seems to be in order. You navigate through the days, perhaps with a stable job, a cozy home, and a close circle of friends or family. You smile when it’s expected and converse when necessary. Externally, you might even portray a picture of someone who has it all together.

But internally, it feels like a piece of you is perpetually missing. You want more. Life shouldn’t be a mere existence, but a vibrant and meaningful journey.

Maya Manseau’s book, Navigating the Small Business Path, will help you:

  • Define the problem that your business solves, identify your passion for solving that problem, and develop a plan of action that adds value to the lives of your clients.

  • Create a foundation for long-term success in your small business so that you can earn your dream life.

  • Discover the profound purpose that is born from your lived experience.

  • Have an impact in this world that is uniquely yours.

Game On

Sacred Sass for the Unapologetic Soul

Four threads, finally braided into one. The compass, the four fires, the seven keys — everything I know about coming home to the truth of who you are, and laying down a lifetime of apologizing for it.

This is the one the rest of my life is built on.

Book Description:

When was the last time you apologized for something that wasn't your fault?

You were handed a rulebook the day you were born — by people who loved you, and people who didn't. And the moment you mastered the rules, they changed them.

So you tried harder. Shrank smaller. Apologized more.

And still couldn't win.

Because the game was unwinnable. That was the design.

Nothing is wrong with you. There never was.

Game On isn't a better rulebook. It's a compass — a way back to the center you were born with, and never actually lost. Four fires. Seven keys. One still point that doesn't move no matter how far off the board you wander.

Your feelings aren't the mess to manage. They're the needle.

And wherever you're standing right now — you are already home.

Let this be your last apology.

Coming September 2026. Free on Kindle the first weekend. Provide your first name and email below if you like me to let you know when it launches.

Four books became a compass.

Grief taught me what matters. Photography taught me to see. Business taught me to build. Loss taught me to choose. And Game On is where all four became a single way of walking through the world — not just for me, but for every woman who was ever told she was too much.

Five books. Three international #1s. And a fifth on the way — the one the rest was building toward.
