Match-Play Ratings
Ratings on the PDGA scale, built from who beat whom in singles and doubles.
Player list
Players.xlsx holds PDGA numbers, PDGA ratings, and every spelling of each name. Skip it the first time; the tool will make one for you.
Match workbooks
Add the latest copy of each league's workbook (Maine, New England). Each run starts from scratch, so always add every workbook.
Calculate
Reads every match tab, matches names to players, and replays the season in date order.
What you get
Every player gets one rating across all the leagues you add. Beating a stronger player moves your rating more than beating a weaker one, and a 7&5 win counts for more than a 1up. Doubles count at half weight.
Players start from their PDGA rating when the player list has one. Everyone else starts from their team's level and settles after a few matches.

Click a player to see every game and how much it moved their rating.
Open a player's PDGA page, type the current rating into the box, and the ratings recalculate. Players with no PDGA number get a search link instead; paste the number in when you find it. Click Download player list when you're done so the ratings are saved for next time.
